Homeownership Officer 6 months contract - F/T or P/T hours will be considered
Salary package: £34,977 p/a+ Excellent Benefits (pro rata for P/T)
Base location: High Wycombe 2 days & remote for remainder of week

About the role: Working within the Homeownership team, as part of the wider Customer directorate department.
Providing advice to colleagues on leasehold and freehold matters, you will act as the key in-house expert on Leasehold management.
You will be managing the relationships we have with homeowners, part of which is making sure their needs and expectations are understood within the business.
Your remit will involve:
? Interpretation of Leases and applying them accordingly
? Provide reasonable administrative function on the conveyancing of 100% Resales enquiries within set timescales
? Provide effective management of legal queries
? Work closely with internal departments on upcoming procurement of contracts and planned works, ensuring timely and accurate Section 20 consultation is carried out in line with legislative requirements, including preparation of Section 20 Notices.
? Administering the Lease Extension process.
? Deal with applications requiring permissions under the lease, responding within set timescales and raising administration charges where the lease allows
You will also be actively working to ensure effective customer involvement channels and opportunities are available, promoted and delivered to allow residents to feed into the delivery of our services, whilst also working collaboratively with the wider business.
