Job Title: General Manager – Luxury Hotel – Lake District

Salary: Up to £55,000+ bonus

Location: Lake District

I am currently recruiting a General Manager for a Luxury 4 Star Hotel in the Lake District. As General Manager you will oversee all the operations of the hotel and venue. My client is looking for a passionate, dynamic leader who will create and develop a team.

The successful candidate

Previous experience in a similar roleExperience with corporate and leisure marketsBe able to inspire and motivate the teamGreat customer service and fantastic attention to detailHave a passion for hospitality
