Event Operations Assistant Apprenticeship
Contribute to the design and development of new team‑building activities
Support the preparation and organisation of equipment across EML’s team‑building portfolio
Assist with the procurement of consumables, equipment, and general supplies
Maintain accurate stock control records and support effective inventory management
Oversee the organisation, cleanliness, and general upkeep of storerooms and storage areas
Coordinate and schedule casual production support staff as required.
Assist in overseeing the loading, unloading, and refuelling of company vehicles
Attend weekly Operations Meetings alongside the Operations Manager and/or Directors, taking notes and supporting follow‑up actions
Manage the ordering of medals, prizes, and related event materials
Support client communication processes, ensuring timely and professional responses
Provide administrative support for live event delivery when required
Training:
One day a week at Kidderminster College
