Laboratory Technician Apprentice

Prepare resin mixes, screeds, mortars, and coating samples Carry out practical laboratory tests (e.g. strength, cure, viscosity, adhesion) Assist with sample preparation, casting, curing, and testing Maintain lab equipment, tools, and work areas Record results accurately and follow test methods and SOPs Support quality control checks on raw materials and finished products Follow health & safety procedures in an industrial lab environment

Training:

Level 3 Laboratory Technician Apprenticeship Standard qualification, including:

Knowledge, Skills & Behaviours End-Point Assessment

Training Outcome:
Possibility of a full-time position upon successful completion of the apprenticeship
