Apprentice (degree) Quantity Surveyor

Monitor and control the Project Budgets issued to us by our Estimating department for contracts we have won (identify and manage risks and opportunity) Read and understand the scope and provision for the project i.e. payment milestones, time bars, variation rules etc. Manage and value change (variations) with our Client Site visits, Client office meetings, internal office works, interface with all internal departments

Training:
You will attend Westminster University on a day release basis, completing your HNC and degree over 5 years You will follow a learning plan in the workplace, supported by a mentor

This is a 5 year programme, which includes:

Level 4 (HNC) – Construction Quantity Surveying Technician This is a 2 year programme with Westminster University This is then followed by Level 6 Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management BSc (Hons) degree This programme takes 3 years The degree is accredited by the RICS and the apprenticeship will also give you chartership to the CIOB

Training Outcome:
Once qualified, you will become a junior or assistant quantity surveyor or depending on your progress a quantity surveyor or the opportunity to become a project QS

Working Hours :
Based in our London office, sites around the South East and completing your degree at Westminster University. Monday to Thursday, 8.30am - 5.00pm. Friday, 8.30am - 1.30pm.
