Business Administration Apprentice
What you’ll do (role and responsibilities)
You will work closely with the leadership and wider team to support core business operations, including:
Supporting day-to-day administration across the business Learning how a small company operates across HR, finance, marketing, and operations Managing and maintaining digital filing systems, documents, and templates Assisting with internal and external communications (email, phone, and online platforms) Supporting customer and supplier records, enquiries, and basic commercial activity Gaining an understanding of products, customers, and markets within the automotive sector Helping maintain policies, procedures, and compliance documentation Using standard business software (Microsoft Office, digital tools, and company systems) Contributing to process improvement and organisation as the business growsYou will be trained to work accurately, professionally, and confidentially, while building confidence and independence over time.

We are a small, highly regarded engineering company working in a niche automotive market, designing and manufacturing complex mechatronic components for high-performance vehicles. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and curious individual who wants to understand how a specialist engineering business really works — from the inside out.
Working Hours :
Monday to Thursday, 8am - 5:30pm.
