As a Junior mechanical engineer, you’ll support maintenance and repair activities across the site while gaining exposure to a wide range of mechanical systems.

Your Role As A Junior Mechanical Engineer:

Assisting engineers with planned and reactive mechanical maintenance Supporting fault finding on conveyors, hydraulics, and pneumatics Site based role in Sittingbourne, supporting smooth day to day operations 4 on 4 off shift pattern, days and nights (12-hour shifts)

You’ll Need As A Junior Mechanical Engineer:

Previous experience in a mechanical, maintenance, or engineering environment (industrial or manufacturing preferred) A practical, hands on attitude and willingness to learn Ability to follow instructions, work safely, and support senior engineers Basic mechanical knowledge, welding, hydraulics, or pneumatics experience is advantageous
