Waiter Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in professional London restaurants, hotels, or private members’ clubsExposure to Italian cuisine is a strong advantage.A humble, hardworking sommelier who is able work as the sole sommelier for the restaurant.A genuine passion for fine wines – ideal for someone looking to grow into a more senior position.Only candidates with a stable employment history and full right to work in the UK will be considered
