Childcare Apprenticeship - Mexborough
We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and motivated Level 3 Early Years Apprentice to join our dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working towards (or completing) a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification.
You will support the planning and delivery of engaging activities, promote children’s learning and development, and ensure the highest standards of care and safeguarding are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Assist in planning and delivering age-appropriate activities in both the Blossom and Buttercup Rooms. Provide high-quality care in line with nursery policies and procedures. Help to maintain a safe, clean and stimulating environment. Support children during meal and snack times, encouraging independence and healthy eating habits. Observe, monitor and record children’s development. Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues. Promote inclusive practice and equal opportunities. Work as part of a team to ensure ratios are met at all times. Ensure safeguarding and health & safety procedures are followed at all times.What We Are Looking For

Upon completion of this 18 month Apprenticeship, you will have obtained your Early Years Educator Level 3 Apprenticeship.
Training Outcome:
There is a possibility of being offered a full time role after successful completion of the apprenticeship.

With a strong foundation built across the wider Paskals network, the team brings extensive experience in delivering high-quality childcare and early education. This setting was taken over in September 2024 and has since been developed into a warm, inclusive environment where children feel safe, confident, and inspired to learn.
Working Hours :
Monday - Friday (08:30-16:30) - Term time only.
