Customer Implementation and Training Specialist Apprentice

We are seeking a confident and experienced Customer Implementation and Training Specialist to support the onboarding, implementation, and training of customers using our enterprise SaaS platform, HaulierMagic.

This is a highly client-facing role suited to someone with prior experience in the software/IT industry who is looking to formalise and elevate their skills through the Level 4 Business Analyst Apprenticeship.

Core Responsibilities

Develop a deep and comprehensive understanding of the HaulierMagic platform and its full functionality Conduct on-site client visits across the UK (approximately 2 days per week) to:

o Demonstrate system capabilities

o Deliver structured user training

o Support implementation and onboarding

Analyse customer workflows and identify how the system can optimise their operations esolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently Escalate technical or complex issues to internal Product and Development teams Gather customer feedback and contribute to continuous product improvement Support documentation of business requirements, user processes, and system configurations Assist with testing, configuration, and quality assurance activities

Essential Criteria (Non-Negotiable)

Minimum 4+ years full-time experience within the software/IT industry Proven experience in a client-facing role such as:

o Customer Support

o Quality Analyst

o Account Management

o Project Management

o Programme Management

Strong background in enterprise software environments Demonstrated ability to explain and demo complex system functionality Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Confident presenting to professional clients Full UK driving licence Own vehicle and willingness to travel nationally (approx. 2 days per week)

Training:
Business Analyst Level 4 Apprenticeship Standard. You will also receive full training and support from the Just IT Apprenticeship Team to increase your skills.

Working Hours :
