Early Years Apprentice

Training:

The apprenticeship standard will be completed within the workplace, where the apprentice will have regular contact with the assessor. The assessment methods include face-to-face or online meetings, professional discussions and completing the portfolio. The off-the-job training requirement will be completed during the working week, away from the apprentice's normal role, for an opportunity to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required. 

Additional training on workplace procedures will be provided by the employer. 

Training Outcome:
This apprenticeship could lead to a job position following completion of the standard

Employer Description:

Ever After Day Nursery opened in September 2011, after the premises had been completely refurbished. It is a family run business operating in the heart of the Cleobury Mortimer community, on the borders of Shropshire and Worcestershire. Our location is on Lower Street next door to Cleobury Mortimer Fire Station. The spacious building provides a very safe and secure environment for the children. There is also adequate safe parking and drop off area, within the confines of Ever After Day Nursery premises. At Ever After we offer care for children aged from 3 months to 11 years, in a happy, homely environment by confident qualified caring staff, which are all CRB checked. We work within the Early Years Foundation Stage Guidelines.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday. Exact timings to be confirmed.
