Support the full product lifecycle, from new product and feature launches to preparing products for public sector frameworks and helping sales teams take them to market Work closely with experts across Product, Service Design, Partners and Pre‑Sales to learn how our solutions are built and delivered Help review product performance and contribute to business cases for ongoing NPD roadmap planning and delivery Capture and document customer requirements, ensuring they’re carried through solution and service design Join customer and partner meetings, workshops and presentations as part of the Pre‑Sales & Product team Work with Sales and wider teams to support go to market, sales enablement and promotion of VBSE products and services
