Recaller Apprentice
As an Apprentice Customer Service Assistant, your duties will include:
Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers Communicating with customers by phone and e-mail Data input and any other general admin and ad-hoc duties as defined by management Booking eye test appointments for customersTraining:
Customer Service Practitioner Level 2.
