Quality Manufacturing Degree Apprenticeship
Support non-conformance processes: logging defects, segregation, and assisting with / conducting root-cause investigations (e.g., 5 Whys).
Collaborating and partnering with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement and Zero Defects workstreams.
Assist with assurance activities, including but not limited to, internal audits, process checks, and housekeeping/5S to maintain compliance.
Help maintain document control (procedures, work instructions, revisions) and traceability.
Perform basic inspection activities (visual, dimensional, and documentation checks) under supervision.
Supporting and maintaining Material Review Board (MRB) clinics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Training:
Alongside your day role, you will work to complete your apprenticeship with Coventry University. You will be given 20% off the job hours, this will give you the knowledge, training and external approval to do your job effectively.

Working Hours :
Your contracted hours each week throughout your apprenticeship will be 39 hours Monday -Thursday 8am-4.30pm Friday 8am-3.30pm.
