Pro Bono & Social Impact Apprentice
Screening and vetting potential charity, community and pro bono partners.
Helping to deliver and grow their fundraising events and related opportunities for their charity partners.
Aggregating and analysing data and feedback to improve the social impact practice
Arranging, managing & delivering social mobility, volunteering and training events
Helping the team work with the Business Development team to grow their social impact collaborations with the firm’s clients
Drafting and sending communications such as volunteering opportunities, newsletters, digital screens and publications/posts
Understanding and helping implement compliance steps necessary for professional delivery of the pro bono and social impact practice
Working closely with lawyers and business professionals to boost engagement and gather feedback
Recording, evaluating and reporting key impact metrics
Helping drive long-term strategy, direction and goals of the pro bono and social impact team
Training:
As a Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Apprentice, you’ll learn how to drive and innovate social and environmental change within your organisation. Whilst on the programme, you’ll also receive a free membership to ICRS providing access to industry-focused events, resources, and an online community of aspiring CR&S professionals.
Training Outcome:
A full-time position within the business.
