Job Title: Head of Growth – Online Hospitality Booking Platform

Our client, a fast-growing online hospitality booking platform, is seeking an ambitious and commercially-minded Head of Growth to join their leadership team. This is a high-impact role for a strategic operator who thrives on driving revenue, building commercial models, and taking full accountability for results.

Key Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth through lead nurturing, strategic partnerships, and data-driven growth initiatives.Build and implement robust commercial models to optimise profitability.Take full P&L accountability, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.Lead operational improvements to enhance efficiency and execution across the business.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure growth strategies are implemented successfully.

Candidate Profile

Proven commercial experience with full P&L ownership.Hands-on operational experience scaling businesses and delivering results.Strong ability to nurture leads and convert opportunities into revenue.Analytical, strategic, and data-driven in decision-making.Exceptional leadership and communication skills.Experience in hospitality booking platforms or agencies would be highly desirable.
