Processing university applications
Updating and maintaining applicant records
Handling telephone inquiries and managing email correspondence
Updating and maintaining a CRM system
Will be expected to handle sensitive personal information
Assisting the in marketing, helping to update social media pages
Training:
You will attend NBC one day per fortnight for classroom learning.
Training Outcome:
To progress into a level 3 role.
