Engineering Design Technician (Draughtsperson) Apprentice

Duties will include:

Producing accurate 2D and 3D technical drawings Prepare and update General Arrangement (GA) drawings Assist senior designers in developing detailed component drawings and modifications Gain a strong understanding of lift industry standards Gain a strong understanding of lift components and mechanical/electrical interfaces

Training:

Full training and support will be given via work-based learning. The successful applicant will be expected to achieve the following:

Level 3 Diploma in Engineering Technical Support Level 3 Diploma in Advanced Manufacture Engineering (AME)

Training Outcome:
The successful applicant will be given the opportunity to continue their development and become a member of a team of technicians. This will enable them to provide a range of support activities to engineers and other members of staff
