Apprentice Manufacturing Operative

As an apprentice at Hardy Signs, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Carrying out work safely and complying with health and safety legislation Complying with environmental procedures and systems Completing manufacturing operations / assembly of signage Checking and ensuring that goods produced meet the requirements of the works order Packing and labelling goods for despatch or fitting Handling of goods both in and out of the warehouse Ensuring that the working area is kept clean and items are kept in the correct places

Training:
Level 2 Lean Manufacturing Operative apprenticeship standard Level 1/2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)

This apprenticeship is delivered through a combination of Work Based Assessment and day/block release. The programme will culminate in an End Point Assessment, where all the skills and knowledge gained on the apprenticeship will be formally tested.



Training Outcome:

Full time position available after training.

Working Hours :
Monday to Thursday, 8.00am - 4.30pm. Friday, 8.00am - 4.00pm.
