Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship HoneyBees & WILDflowers Outdoor Early Years Setting
Care for children 1-4 years of age.
Be responsible for your own small group of key children, tracking and recording their learning and development and updating learning journeys.
Implement activities in line with our nature-based curriculum that promote curiosity and engage children, helping them to achieve next steps and development milestones.
Build relationships with parents/carers
Assist with general day-to-day duties; preparing snacks and supporting young children during meal times, changing clothes, changing nappies, supporting children with self-care, toileting and handwashing.
Training:
The apprenticeship is online. Training will take place at the setting, no college days are required.
Training Outcome:
Upon completion of this apprenticeship you will have a thorough knowledge and understanding of early years development and education. Potential to secure a permanent position at the setting.
