Health and Social Care - Support Worker Apprenticeship - Nottingham

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Mental Health Support Workers in Nottingham. This role involves working closely with individuals who are living with mental health conditions, helping them manage daily challenges and achieve personal goals.

As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for the people we support.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing emotional and physical support, including assistance with personal care when needed Supporting individuals with daily living skills and routines Encouraging participation in evening and recreational activities Promoting independence and well-being in a safe, secure, and supportive environment

Our services consist of self-contained flats across Nottingham, catering to individuals with mental health needs and, in some cases, co-occurring conditions such as substance misuse, mild learning disabilities, and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Training Outcome:
There is a possibility of being offered a full time role after successful completion of the apprenticeship
