Preschool Assistant Apprentice

We’re seeking a warm, nurturing person, who will:

Support and enable children to build resilience, confidence, independence Use outdoor learning and nature-based experiences as everyday tools for growth Foster caring, supportive relationships with children, families, and colleagues Bring energy, creativity, and respect for nature into play and learning Preparing and maintaining the environment and resources for the children Supporting children’s self-help needs Being creative and enthusiastic Following safeguarding rules Undertaking First Aid training as required Undertaking training as appropriate to meet any changes in standards or appropriate legal requirements as required Ensuring that all Health and Hygiene requirements are always adhered to

Training:

An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.

 

Training Outcome:

There is the possibility of a full time post upon successful completion of the apprenticeship for the right candidate.

Employer Description:

Brookside preschool is a registered charity based in Gatley. Offering childcare to children aged 2 to 4 years, term time only.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 3:45pm.
