Business Support Apprentice Administrator

Monitor shared email inboxes and ensure messages are actioned or passed to the appropriate team member Organise, sort, and file incoming and outgoing post Support the automation of workloads and help improve office systems and processes Answer incoming phone calls, take accurate messages, and direct enquiries appropriately Deal with basic client queries and keep internal pipelines up to date Maintain and update client contact details using Onkho.
File and manage receipts using Apron software Keep email notes and client records on Onkho accurate and up to date Assist with administrative tasks relating to new starters and leavers

Training:
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying

Training Outcome:
On successful completion of the apprenticeship, there may be the opportunity to progress into a permanent role
