Nursery Nurse Apprentice

Provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for children placed at Storytime Give support to other personnel within Storytime Implement and support qualified staff with the daily routine in the room-based Work as part of a team in order to provide an enabling environment in which all individual children can play, develop and learn Build and maintain strong partnership working with parents to enable children’s needs to be met Learn the skills of a nursery nurse (on the job), working practically as part of the team Show commitment to achieving the apprenticeship in the agreed timeframe Understand the importance of keeping children and staff safe and the role you play Learn, understand and implement Storytime policies and procedures within the nursery Contribute/complete children’s observations and records when required Understand and promote the ethos of the company and uphold the highest standards of childcare Understand and observe the rules of confidentiality

Training:
Early Years Educator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard The apprenticeship will be delivered remotely within the workplace with onsite visits every calender month

Training Outcome:
Opportunity for progression upon successful completion of apprenticeship
