Scaffolder Apprentice
Start your journey in scaffolding with a Bristol‑based Level 2 Apprenticeship that blends practical site experience with structured college study. You’ll develop essential hands‑on skills, gain industry understanding, and work toward securing your CISRS Card as part of your training. For apprentices who demonstrate strong progress and commitment, there may be an opportunity to move into a full‑time position once the programme is completed.
Daily duties to include:
Loading and unloading trucks
Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and organised
Assisting scaffolders by passing equipment and materials
General warehouse duties
Supporting the erection and dismantling of scaffolding (once training/CSCS requirements are met)
Training:
Scaffolder Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard:
You will attend a 2 week block release for college training at Weston College's Construction Training Centre in Weston-Super-Mare An Assessment will be used to assess your qualification at the end of your programme.Training Outcome:
There is the opportunity for a full‑time role following successful completion of the apprenticeship.

Working Hours :
7am start time, 5 days per week with 1 hour break per day (age dependant)
