Training:
The training will be on-site and the qualification at the end will be a Level 2 Lean Manufacturing Operative Training will be constant throughout the job, with 3-4 hours each week put to one side for coursework to be done on-site

Training Outcome:
If we feel the candidate has completed the course and their apprenticeship to a satisfactory standard then the option of a full time contract will be considered

Employer Description:

A growing family cider business that has developed substantially in the last few years thanks to investment within the cidery as well as creating a new visitor centre that attracts thousands of visitors both locally and from further afield. The farm is in the village of Long Sutton, South Somerset and has full traceability of their product due to all apples being harvested from their own orchards as well as pressed on site. We currently have a team of seven, all of whom live locally and have varying roles within the business.

Working Hours :
08:30- 17:00 Monday- Thursday (Must be flexibility during peak harvest season, with longer hours likely).
