The Role: Mobile HVAC Engineer Location: West Midlands Salary: £35,000 - £41,483 pa DOE Sector: Facilities Management / Engineering Key Responsibilities:• To complete the PPM schedule within agreed timescales and to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and to the laid-down procedures.• To respond promptly and positively to service call/alarm requests from the Helpdesk and to assess the requirements of the job and carry out repairs as and where necessary and update in respect to call and job status.• To prioritise maintenance and repair work to achieve agreed timescales and response times.• To order spares to the laid-down procedures.• To identify non-repairable faults in plant and machinery and promptly advise the Line Manager of findings.• Where plant and equipment are non-repairable, to make recommendations to the Line Manager regarding suitable replacement.• To be proficient in the use of written and verbal communication, report writing and recording procedures and provide accurate documentation.

• Carried out service and maintenance on HVAC assets including but not limited to air handling units with gas fired heating, LPHW, DX coils, heat pump systems, single split air conditioning, LPHW boilers, pumps, inverters, DHW boilers, and water chillers.
• Installation experience preferred but not essential.
