Recruitment Administrator Apprentice - Level 3

Manage the leavers process, ensuring all exit procedures, documentation, and final records are completed accurately and on time Answer phone calls professionally, handle enquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate departments or individuals Prepare, issue, and maintain employee contracts, including updates and amendments as required Create, update, and distribute employee handbooks, ensuring all policies and procedures are current Administer holiday records, tracking leave requests, approvals, and balances Maintain and organize the shared drive, ensuring all HR and administrative documents are stored correctly and accessible Manage and update terms and conditions of employment documentation Conduct or support employee reach-outs, including onboarding communications and general HR correspondence Coordinate and manage third-party contracts, ensuring records are accurate and up to date Maintain lateness and attendance records, producing reports when required and supporting managers with data

Training:
Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship 20% off-the-job training  End point assessment  English and maths functional skills if required 

Training Outcome:

A full-time position will be offered upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.

Working Hours :
Monday - Thursday, 8.30am - 5.30pm. Friday 8.30am – 12.30pm (If work is completed, people may be required to work over on Fridays if there is still work to complete)
