Business Administration Apprentice

Are you looking to start a rewarding career in administration and office support? We are seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprentice. This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience in a professional office environment while developing key skills that will form the foundation of your career.

As an apprentice, you will be fully supported to learn and grow, gaining experience in a wide range of administrative tasks. You will be involved in filing and record-keeping, assisting with scheduling and meetings, supporting day-to-day office operations, and liaising with colleagues and clients. You will also gain experience using office software, understanding business processes, and following professional standards.

Hands-on experience in a business administration role Knowledge of office systems, software, and processes Transferable skills in organisation, communication, and teamwork Support and mentoring from experienced professionals A nationally recognised Level 3 Business Administrator qualification Provide general administrative support across the site.  Assist with filing, data entry, and document management Support scheduling, meetings, and correspondence Communicate with colleagues and stakeholders in a professional manner Learn office procedures, software, and systems

Training:
You will be pursuing a Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard in Business Administration, through Weston College As part of this program, you will attend Weston College once a month for workshops An assessor will conduct on-site observations to evaluate your progress, as well as supporting you in college throughout your apprenticeship At the conclusion of your program, your qualification will be assessed through an End Point Assessment

Training Outcome:

Potential for employment after the completion of the apprenticeship.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm, 40 hours per week.
