Project Manager Degree Apprentice

Maintain the high velocity and delivery quality of our diverse innovation portfolio To proactively address future leadership gaps, we require dedicated entry-level project management capacity Support the innovation PMO in supporting the management of critical projects You will be trained directly in the unique complexities of managing Engineering Innovation projects, from initial R&D concept through to minimum viable product (MVP) delivery

Training:
Knowledge, skills and behaviours as set out in the Project Manager Apprenticeship Level 6 Standard Study with the University of Cumbria, a leading UK Project Management provider, through weekly online tuition and occasional face-to-face sessions in Lancaster

Training Outcome:
Permanent contract with a structured apprenticeship programme

Working Hours :
36-hour week over four working days plus one training day Monday to Friday.
