HR Administrator Apprentice
Support the HR team with day‑to‑day administrative tasks
Assist with recruitment activities, including posting vacancies, shortlisting, and arranging interviews
Help prepare contracts of employment, offer letters, and starter documentation
Support onboarding and induction processes for new starters
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records (HR systems and personnel files)
Provide first‑line HR support by responding to basic employee queries
Assist with learning and development activities, including booking training and maintaining logs
Help ensure HR policies and procedures are followed and kept up to date
Support meetings, acting as note taker.
Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality requirements
Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement activities
Work towards completing the Level 3 HR CIPD apprenticeship and related coursework
Training:
One day per week at Canterbury College, term time only.
