Property Maintenance Apprentice

The role will involve a wide variety of work, including extensions, renovations, kitchen installations, retrofit work, and much more Attend Hugh Baird College 1 day a week to gain the wider range of skills and knowledge  You’ll gain experience and skills in basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, Plastering, Tiling, basic electrical work, helping to keep buildings safe and well maintained and much more 

Training:
Attend 1 day week at Hugh Baird College where you will have access to industry leading Tutors, workshops and facilities to gain the knowledge, skills and behavious for this key sector  You will gain the understanding of fault finding and to understand what you can do and not do in line with H&S 
You will gain a variety of 30 different skills ranging from Plastering, tiling, basic electrics, basic capentry, basic plumbing, Painting and decorating and many more 

Training Outcome:
Opportunity if successful completion of the apprenticeship to work for the company

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, Shifts to be confirmed. May involve working the occasional weekend dependent on the project being delivered. Transport will be provided from Liverpool as work is completed across the Liverpool and Manchester areas.
