Main Duties and Responsibilities
As a Business Administration Apprentice, you will play an essential role in supporting the smooth operation of both the administrative and operational functions of the Hub. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be diverse, contributing to the overall success of the team while ensuring the highest standard of service and care for visitors, clients, and staff.
Provide a Warm Welcome to All Visitors Answer Telephone Enquiries Coordinate Room Bookings Complete Daily Data Entry Monitor and Maintain Inventory Daily and Monthly Health & Safety Checks Support with General Administrative DutiesGeneral Responsibilities

Working Hours :
37 per week (Monday – Friday, spending each Tuesday at Furness College).
