Salary: £22,000 - £23,000

The Role:
Our client are currently recruiting for an Administrator to support the Service Department, based at the Head Office and providing support to Service Managers and engineer teams nationally.
Responsibilities:
? General Service Department administration and support
? Managing customer enquiries
? Preparing quotes, chasing quotes and supporting general administrative functions
? Supporting the management of engineer schedules
? Supporting the management of engineers teams
? Diary and Asset Base Management for engineers and equipment
? Manage small orders
Essential Skills & Experience:
? Experience in the garage equipment sector (preferred, not essential)
? Good IT skills in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Outlook & Excel
? Full driving licence beneficial
? Multitasker and proactive
? Hard-working, proactive and seeking opportunities to work in a fast-paced and busy workplace with a growing market leader.
? Conscientious and capable of working in a busy office environment on your own with minimal supervision, and as part of a close-knit team.
? Excellent organisational and prioritising skills, coupled with attention to detail.
? Accomplished communicator, ready to go the extra mile for your colleagues and customers.
? You will have excellent relationship-building skills
Hours:
? 40 hrs per week
? 8.30am - 5.30pm
