The Citation Group is recruiting for a Campaign Manager to help take cross-sales to a new level across a growing portfolio of products.

Working predominantly with a client-based audience, this position is ideal for someone with experience in delivering multiple, engaging campaign plans in a B2B world.
The role
Reporting into the Cross Sell Marketing Manager and working closely with the Group Commercial Team and the Group Marketing Team, you will support lead generation via campaign management, colleague referral schemes and analysis within all cross-sales channels.
Key objectives: • Ownership of the development and implementation of cross-sell marketing activity plans across multiple group businesses• Build & maintain solid relationships with stakeholders and colleagues in the group marketing engine to ensure on-plan delivery of revenue-generating campaigns and activity• Planning and execution of internal sales enablement plans to support and grow the Colleague Referrals channel• Monitor and track success of activity by channel, content type, product and group business to test and challenge campaign approaches• Work collaboratively with the group marketing content and design teams to take Citation Group clients on a content-rich and engaging end-to-end cross-sell journey• Effectively communicate campaign details to sales leaders and their teams via briefings• Build relationships and work with sales teams to understand and provide supporting content such as follow-up and touchpoint templates and sales collateral• Help plan & attend both live and remote cross-sell events• Support the Cross Sell Marketing Manager with the implementation of new group branding across internal and external campaigns.• Help support the wider Commercial Team with existing and new initiatives where needed
About you:
• You’ll be able to demonstrate and apply previous experience in running multiple, cross-channel marketing plans which drive results.• You’ll be highly self-motivated with a positive attitude and confidence to take risks and learn from results, both successful and negative.• You’ll have an acute attention to detail and a creative flair for engaging content and messaging.• You’ll have a track record of building effective relationships with marketing stakeholders, content & design teams, and sales leaders.• Our culture is important to us, we will nurture and protect it above all else.
