Part- Time Administrator - Temp
We are looking for looking for a resourceful and proactive Part – Time Administrator on a temporary basis, 20 – 28 hours a week, working for an innovative client based in Warwick.
Initially for a 4 – 6-week period then onto a short term, fixed term contract of up to six months.
The role is hybrid with a mix of WFH and in the office and offering flexibility on how the hours are worked.
The hourly rate offered is between £12.50 and £13.00 an hour.
Ideally for an early January start.
Key Accountabilities for the Part -Time Temp Administrator Role:
Sales order processing
Providing sales quotes for customers
Liaising with Germany daily
Updating trackers on all events
Salesforce lead management ensuring these are communicated to the correct team member
Maintaining and updating the email inbox
Proving marketing administration
Providing any other administration support
Key Skills for the Part-Time Temp Administrator:
Solid administration experience
Salesforce and SAP experience would be an advantage
Adaptable in a changing environment
Strong IT skills including MS Office
Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise a busy workload
