Van Mobile Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Mobile (London & M25) - Up to £45,000

Exciting opportunity to work for a family-run FM service provider situated in London & M25. CBW is currently seeking for 2 x Electrical / Mechanical Maintenance Engineers to cover the region of approximately 10-15 commercial buildings located in London & M25 area. The successful candidates will be mechanically or electrically biased (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This is a mobile position and will require the successful candidates to attend a number of sites where they will be required to carry out PPM/Reactive maintenance to electrical and mechanical plant with particular emphasis on electrical & mechanical maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary paying up to £45,000 per annum based on experience/qualifications, a company van with fuel card and float, overtime and further training on offer!

Monday to Friday 
Hours: 08:00 am to 17:00 pm

 
Key duties & Responsibilities:
Weekly Fire Alarm Tests and logWeekly AOV test and LogL8 water hygiene monitoringFan Coil Unit servicingHIU/CIU servicing (Training will be given)AHU servicingMVHR servicingWeekly/Monthly Generator test and logWeekly CHP Checks and logMonthly Car Park smoke ventilation test and logMonthly/Annual Emergency Lighting test and logSupervision of Sub ContractorsAssist with the preparation of Quotations for remedial works.Be available for duty call-out cover, on a Rota basis (currently 1 in 8)
Requirements:
City & Guilds / NVQ in Mechanical Engineering / PlumbingYou must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential)A proven track record in commercial building maintenanceAn understanding of commercial building maintenanceMulti-skilledGood communication skillsExcellent customer service skills
