What You’ll Be Doing

Helping fix things around the hotel — from small quick jobs to bigger planned tasks Keeping work areas tidy and safe (because no one likes a messy workspace!) Spotting problems early and getting them sorted before they turn into bigger issues Learning how to use our hotel systems to record jobs and stay organised Making sure guests have a great stay by doing quality work with minimum disruption Supporting our hotel’s eco friendly and energy saving initiatives Working safely at all times — we’ll train you on everything you need to know Being a helpful team player and stepping in when needed Hospitality Skills You’ll Learn Welcoming new team members Working well with colleagues across all departments Representing the hotel with a smart appearance and positive attitude Providing great service to guests and staff Safety (We Train You!) Health & safety Fire and emergency procedures Manual handling Hygiene and environmental policies How to keep yourself and others safe at work What We Love: A positive, “let’s get it done” attitude Someone who takes pride in their work and how they show up A team player who’s friendly, approachable, and happy to help guests and colleagues Willingness to learn, follow training, and develop real hands on skills. Training:

Property Maintenance Operative Apprenticeship. Spend one day a week at Milton Keynes College, learning in top‑class facilities and being supported by expert mentors who’ll guide you through every step of your apprenticeship journey.

Training Outcome:

May lead to permanent employment should a suitable role become available at time of apprenticeship completion.
