Managing and responding to work experience enquiries.
Liaising with recruitment agents about current vacancies.
Drafting job adverts.
Sorting welcome packs for work experience students and new staff.
Requesting employment/character references.
Assisting the CEO with client complaints as and when they arise.
Attending Team meetings and preparing minutes.
Producing content for social media and the website.
Assisting with the People and Wellbeing strategy.
Booking training for staff.
Assisting with health and safety reviews.
Training Outcome:
We would be looking to take on the apprentice with a view to it being a full-time, permanent position.
Employer Description:
Law firm – undertaking Wills, Lasting Power of Attorney, Probate, Family Law & Divorce, Medical Negligence, Personal Injury, Disputes & Litigation and Residential Property.
Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm with 1 hour for lunch.
