Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor  – FM Service Provider – Hammersmith, West London – Up to £50,000 per annum   

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to join a leading FM service provider, overseeing electrical maintenance operations across a large, high-profile commercial site in the Hammersmith London. 

As Electrical Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of up to five on-site engineers, ensuring all planned and reactive electrical maintenance activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This is a hands-on supervisory role, ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge who enjoys leading a team while maintaining close involvement with site operations.

Hours of Work
08:00am - 17:00pm Call Out 1 - 8 Monday - Friday Overtime available Key Responsibilities
Daily checks, planned and reactive maintenance of electrical systemsFirst response to electrical or system faults across the buildingOverseeing lighting controls, HVAC electrical components, and general LV infrastructureSupporting wider facilities operations and escalating where necessaryCoordinating with mobile support team and on-site contractors as neededMaintaining system logs, completing PPM tasks, and ensuring close-out of all work ordersAbout You
