Corus is hiring for a OTW Senior Chef de partie in Edinburgh.

7-12PM Mon-Fri

Responsibilities

Section Leadership: Managing and running a designated section (e.g., sauce, pastry, fish) and ensuring it is fully prepared for service. Quality Control: Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to specific standards while maintaining portion control and recipe accuracy. Mentorship: Supporting and guiding Junior Chefs de Partie, Commis Chefs, and apprentices to develop their skills. Health & Safety: Ensuring the section adheres to department standards of hygiene, health and safety, and food safety procedures. Operational Support: Deputising for the Sous Chef or Head Chef during their absence and assisting with menu innovation.

Level 2 Food Safety Certificate.
