Senior HR Business Partner

The Senior HR Business Partner role is a new role, reporting to our newly appointed Assistant Director, People.
The role of Senior HR Business Partner has two primary purposes:
? To lead and manage a proactive and expert HR business partnering service to the Paradigm's leaders and managers that improves organisational and individual capabilities and that ultimately has a positive impact on the strategic outcomes of the business.
Continuing the development of the core HR partnering function such that HR is recognised as a strategic and trusted advisor to the business.
? To support the Assistant Director, People in leading the HR function to develop and implement agreed people management strategies and projects/initiatives.
The Senior HR Business partner has 3 direct reports; 2 HRBPs and 1 HR Advisor who are already in post.
The wider People Management team has Service & Systems, Payroll, Learning, Change and Recruitment centres of excellence to support the delivery of the People Strategy and our agreed objectives.
We are looking for someone with significant HR Business Partnering experience, who is highly credible and a role model HRBP.
They must have significant knowledge and experience of managing/updating a suite of HR policies, procedures and guidelines and translating these in to operational needs while managing and balancing risk/reward.
Our ideal candidate has strong experience of managing internal and external stakeholders including providers/suppliers and is able to build productive and positive relationships effectively.
