Client Services Manager

Managing several of our key client partnerships, you’ll be their go to for all things talent.
Consulting and advising, managing the recruitment process, engaging with all relevant stakeholders and providing that all important value add.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining, strengthening, and growing strategic accounts.
Day to day you’ll be reviewing and managing the service being delivered into each account and managing internal resources effectively to ensure the best possible results are delivered to the customer.
You’ll be networking an account, so that we understand the key stakeholders – hiring managers, HR, and the leadership team involved in people strategy; and building strategic level relationships with those stakeholders.
As Client Services Manager, you’ll know you’re doing well in the role when we’re filling a high percentage of the customer’s jobs within your designated accounts, and regularly receiving positive feedback.
Your relationship with your clients is strong, they’re giving you the heads up on planned roles, they’re asking for your help with job specs, salary benchmarking and interview best practice, and see you as they’re go to for advice on anything recruitment and retention related.

Based in central Bristol, we offer a 4.5 day week, hybrid working environment, including flexible working.
We’re ideally looking for someone on a full-time basis.
Salary is dependent on experience but likely to be in the region of £26,000 - £44,000 + Linked Commission Structure and an annual Company bonus structure.
