My client is a well-established law firm who due to impressive and continued growth are now looking for a Conveyancing Manager to manage a team of Conveyancers and legal assistants, as well as handling a small technical caseload.
The successful candidate for this role can expect a salary ranging from £40k-£50k+ achievable bonus, as well as the ability to work completely remotely, 25 days holiday allowance and the option to buy/sell additional holiday, plus a host of additional staff perks and benefits.
As a Conveyancing Manager you will be responsible for the teams performance and the delivery of the professional service provided by the departments to external and internal clients, 121s, assist with induction of new starters, providing technical support and general advice to Conveyancing team, first point of escalation for fee earners with any Client/Agent issues and Assisting Legal Directors in development of internal processes and procedures when required.
The ideal candidate will need to be a Senior Residential Conveyancer or Conveyancing Manger/Team Leader with at least 6yrs experience in Conveyancing and hold additional experience within supervisory/management environment.
Location for the role is extremely flexible as can be completely remote working with all equipment provided.
