The Opportunity:
An established and growing construction and property services business operating across the North West is looking to appoint an experienced Operations Manager to take full ownership of operational delivery and team performance.
The company delivers refurbishment, development, maintenance and adaptation works for local authorities, social housing providers and supported living organisations. This is a senior leadership role with real autonomy, reporting directly to the Director and playing a key part in the company’s continued growth.
The Role:
As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the business, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard. You’ll lead site teams and operatives, oversee HR and compliance, and help develop systems, processes and performance reporting.
