Childcare apprenticeship - Nuneaton

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Support the daily care, learning, and development of children aged 0–5 in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Assist in planning and delivering fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities to support children's progress. Work alongside qualified staff to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all children. Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues. Observe and contribute to assessments of children's development under supervision. Help with daily routines such as mealtimes, nappy changing, and hygiene procedures. Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised setting in accordance with health and safety guidelines. Engage in training and development activities as part of the apprenticeship programme. Follow all safeguarding, equality, and inclusion policies and procedures at all times.

Training Outcome:

There is a possibility of being offered a full-time role after successful completion of the apprenticeship.

Ducklings Day Nursery is under new management/ownership and is looking to recruit 1 new apprentice .

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday (between 07:30-17:30).
