IT Support Engineer

We have a new opportunity for an IT Support Engineer to join a close knit team providing 2nd line IT support to the organization.
You will need around 2+ years experience in 2nd line support and good knowledge of Windows 10/11, O365, networking and Azure ideally.
Once established the role will be hybrid working and free parking available onsite.
Key skills and experience ideally sought:

HND/ HNC/ MCSE or similar IT certification ideal
2+ years experience in a 2nd line line
Windows 10/11
O635
Cisco networking, connectivity, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPN
Desktop troubleshooting and setup
Azure experience ideal
First class communication & interpersonal skills and enjoys supporting and working with end users.
