Sales Support Administrator – Pensford - £19 – 22k DOEMy Client, a friendly and well established company based near Pensford, is currently seeking a Sales Support Administrator initially on a 6 month contract – The role could potentially lead to a permanent position As the Sales Support Administrator you will support the Head of Business Development working on customer accounts. The role of the Sales Support Administrator will involve:
Responding to all types of incoming correspondencesTo be the support network for external and internal customers, this will involve providing quotes, orders on request and booking deliveriesUsing our extensive supplier network to source non stocked products for our customers within an agreed timeframeTake ownership of tasks and see them through to completionAnswer inbound calls from colleagues & customers and offer a one stop resolution for all; where this is not possible agree call backs to customers until resolutions are achievedYou will also be expected to liaise with other areas of the factory including accounts, production and dispatch.
The Sales Support Administrator must have; Your experience will include within an administration field, customer service or sales environment
You’ll have excellent communication both verbally and writtenSomeone who would embrace working in a small but energetic environmentHave a willingness to develop yourself and be open to learning new skillsYou’ll be driven, want to succeed and have a positive & can do attitude
The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am – 5:30pm, however there could be some flex here Please note that due to the sites location public transport does not service the area This role is commutable from Keynsham, Bath, Bristol, Farrington Gurney, Chewton Mandip, Paulton, Clutton, Radstock, Wells and Shepton Mallet areas
