Financial Planning Analyst

Salary range: $75,000–$85,000

Location: Remote (USA)

We are currently working with a growing, multi-unit organization seeking an FP & A to support financial planning, analysis, and reporting across the business. This role is ideal for a finance professional with experience in the restaurant or food & beverage industry who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and wants room to grow.

Key Responsibilities

Support budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple territories and business unitsTrack and analyze Territory-level P&L performance, identifying trends and variancesPrepare and maintain KPI reporting, dashboards, and performance metricsAssist with monthly reporting, close support, and financial analysisSupport synergy tracking and financial model integration across the organization

Qualifications

Experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or accounting within a multi-unit environmentBackground in restaurant, hospitality, or food & beverage strongly preferredStrong analytical skills with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reportingComfortable working with financial models, large data sets, and cross-functional teamsDetail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
