ICT Apprentice

You'll learn how to:

Provide 1st Line IT Support to our clients Monitor and maintain network and server infrastructure Handle calls, service tickets, and email requests through the Service Desk Respond quickly to system failures and technical issues Create and maintain process documentation Troubleshoot faults and ensure timely resolution Build and maintain strong client relationships

Training Outcome:

The successful candidate may be offered a full-time position after completing the apprenticeship.
